Inbound Call indication packet is lost
when the packet arrives *immediately*
after a Restart exchange resulting in an
“Application timeout on inb. call”
message in the ZCOM log file.
The X.25 driver uses a completion status
message to signal when the Restart
Exchange is complete. If an inbound call
arrived before the completion status was
passed by the firmware to the driver, the
inbound call would be lost. This would
appear as though the application was not
acknowledging the inbound call.
