Downloading Software
Use this procedure in either of the following cases:
■ You are installing a 100Base-T Module in your Switch 2000 for the first
time.
■ A 100Base-T Module is already installed in the Switch 2000 and you now
want to upgrade the operating system (OS) to a newer version.
Do You Need To Download a New OS Version? The 100Base-T Module
requires OS version A.02.50 or later to operate in the Switch 2000. To deter-
mine which OS version is running in the switch, go to the Main Menu in the
Switch 2000 console interface and do the following:
1. Select Statistics to display the Statistics screen.
2. Select Switch Information to display the Switch Information screen.
