static: Enter to display the static ARP entries in the ARP mapping table.
timer aging: Enter to display the current ARP aging time.
proxy interface vlan-interface vlan_id: : Enter to display the ARP proxy
status for the selected VLAN ID.
ip_address: Enter to display ARP mapping entries for the specified IP address.
Description
Using the display arp command, you can display the ARP mapping table entries
by entry type, or by a specified IP address.
Use the display arp command to display all the ARP entries.
Use the display arp dynamic command to display all dynamic ARP entries.
Use the display arp static command to display all static ARP entries.
Use the display arp timer aging command to display the current ARP
aging time.
Use the display proxy interface vlan-interface vlan_id command to
display the ARP proxy status for the selected VLAN ID.
Use the display arp ip_address command to display all entries for the
specified IP address.
Related commands: arp static, reset arp, debugging arp.
Example
To display all ARP entries in the mapping table, enter the following:
<SW7700>display arp
The entries display in the following format:
IP Address MAC Address VLAN ID Port Name Aging Type
202.38.0.11 00e0-fc01-0102 1 Ethernet1/0/1 10 Static
The above information shows that port Ethernet1/0/1 in VLAN1 has a MAC
address of 00e0-fc01-0102, and an IP address of 202.38.0.11. This Type column
indicates that the ARP entry is manually configured.
