Power Plug Configuration
Several different power cables are designed for use with HP servers. The region the server ships to will
determine which power cable ships with the server. The following information provides the site preparation
specialist with the knowledge of what to expect to receive based on the regional shipping destination.
Female End of Power Cable
The female end of the HP server is a C19 plug that mates with the C20 receptacle in each power supply
installed in the HP server.

Male End of Power Cable
The male plug on the other end of the power cable will vary depending on the region to where the HP server
ships.
