Step 1. Remove the bezel.

NOTE Bulk Power Supplies are interchangeable. To install the right-hand BPS in the

left-side housing, turn the BPS 180 degrees. Ensure that the locking lever is on the

inside of the component and slide the BPS into the housing until the locking lever

seats.

Step 2. Grasp the handle and, with your thumb, pull (or squeeze) the extraction lever, located on the front

outer portion of the BPS, toward the handle to unlock the component from the chassis.

CAUTION The BPS is heavier than it appears. Be prepared to support the component with your

free hand to keep it from dropping suddenly and swinging back when it clears the

housing. Failure to heed this precaution can result in personal injury and/or damage

to the component.

Step 3. Pull the BPS out of the chassis and set it aside.
