The following table specifies the wiring for a configuration for one c7000 enclosure with
double-density server blades and using two HP BL4c 4X DDR InfiniBand Gen2 switches wired
together. If the control node is a server blade, Port 16 of the InfiniBand switch installed in
Interconnect Module Bay 5/6 is wired to Port 16 of the InfiniBand switch installed in Interconnect
Module Bay 7/8.
If the configuration includes an external control node that is attached to the InfiniBand fabric,
the InfiniBand HCA in the control node is connected to Port 16 of the InfiniBand switch installed
in Interconnect Module Bay 5/6 and Port 16 of the InfiniBand switch installed in Interconnect
Module Bay 7/8 is left unconnected.
