1. Locate the marked mount location.
2. Clip a cage nut into the back of the middle and top holes of both the front and
rear columns, using a total of four nuts.
3. Using a #1 Phillips screwdriver, secure the rail to the rack columns with a
M6 x 16-mm pan-head screw.
4. Repeat steps 1–3 for the right rail.
8 Installing the Retainer Brackets
Attach the retainer brackets to the interconnect chassis as shown in Figure 4.

Use only the specified screws. Screws that are too long might penetrate
the switch chassis and damage internal components.
