Figure 12 shows the track installed at position 8. The lowest threaded insert
in the air duct aligns with the bottom mounting hole at rack position 10.
Starting at the bottom mounting hole, secure the air duct as follows:
a. Place an alignment washer on the rack column mounting hole. Ensure
that the raised tabs on the front of the washer face inward, toward the
rack column and that the flat surface of the washer faces outward.
b. Insert an M5 x 10 mm screw through the washer and align it with the
threaded insert in the air duct. Rotate the screw a few turns to secure
it loosely in the threaded insert.
c. Repeat steps A and B for the remaining two screws. Do not tighten the
screws at this time; insert them loosely a few turns.
6. Working at the rear of the rack, secure the air duct’s rear bracket to the left
rack column. This bracket is identified by callout 2 in Figure 13.
