A.4 Delivery Survey
The delivery survey lists delivery or installation requirements. Special instructions or
recommendations should be noted, as appropriate. Following are examples of special instructions
or issues:
• Packaging restrictions at the facility, such as size and weight limitations
• Equipment required for installation, such as tracking or hoists
• What time the facility is available for installation (after the equipment is unloaded)
• Security requirements applicable to the facility, such as security clearance
Use the worksheet in Table A-3 to complete the delivery survey.
