CAUSE: Security-related programs are
running.
SOLUTION: Check whether the following
programs are installed. If they are installed (and
running), stop them, or revise the settings.
• A program that monitors security
• A program that detects viruses
• A program that monitors processes
If the above programs are not installed, or you
cannot resolve the problem even after taking the
above actions, obtain log information collectively,
and then contact maintenance personnel. For
details about collecting maintenance information,
see section 10-2 .
