Indicates that the number of API violations has changed from a value outside of the acceptable range to
a value within the acceptable range. API violations indicate that an API connection request has been
received from an unauthorized IP address. The SNMP_POLICY contains a list of TCP/IP addresses that
are authorized to establish API connections to switches in the fabric. The IP addresses use standard
"dot" notation (for example, 255.255.255.255).
