HP Designjet ePrint & Share can be accessed here and requires registration. ePrintCenter/HP Connected is a HP-wide web portal that lets you manage ePrint settings and job history of ALL your ePrint-enabled HP ePrinters beyond just HP Designjet ePrinters. Here you can customize your ePrinter email addresses, ePrinter security settings and see your ePrinter status from any Web browser, at home or on the go.

If you already have the HP Designjet ePrinter driver installed on your computer but not the HP Designjet ePrint & Share application, you may add it by double-clicking on the ePrinter driver installer and selecting the option “Add HP Designjet software to your system”.

When I try to send an email message to my ePrinter they are always discarded and HP ePrintCenter reports “ePrint is disabled for this printer”. This error occurs when your ePrinter does not have the latest firmware installed. To install the latest firmware, go to the ePrinter's touchscreen and select: Information -> EPrinter icon -> Firmware Update -> Check Now. This will update the ePrinter to the latest firmware and resolve the issue.

HP Designjet driver with ePrint & Share How can I install HP Designjet ePrint & Share? Where is the download link to the HP Designjet ePrint & Share software? The HP Designjet ePrint & Share software application comes bundled with the ePrinter drivers of the HP Designjet T120, T520, T790, T920, T1300, T1500 ePrinters series or HP Designjet T2300, T2500 eMFP series.

Can I install and use more than one HP Designjet driver with ePrint & Share? You can install an HP Designjet driver with ePrint & Share on any HP Designjet ePrinter model (HP Designjet T120, T520, T790, T920, T1300, T1500 ePrinters series or HP Designjet T2300, T2500 eMFP series) you own or want to access. When printing from your online print history, you can choose among the HP Designjet ePrinters that are connected to your local network.

How can I enable or disable the Print Preview feature? To enable or disable the HP Designjet driver with ePrint & Share's Print Preview, go to Drivers' Printing Preferences and check or uncheck Show Preview before printing. Regardless of whether the preview is enabled or disabled, the service will add your file to your online print history as long as you are logged in. If you are not logged in, the service will prompt you to do so.

How do I avoid uploading files to HP Designjet ePrint & Share from the driver? The way to prevent files from being uploaded to HP Designjet ePrint & Share from the driver is to uncheck the option Upload a copy to Online Print History, you can also modify the default setting from Upload Manager (Figure 1) Note: Even when logged out of the service, you can still view the print preview.

Why can't I print from Internet Explorer 10 browser? The IE 10 web browser needs to have "Compatibility View" enabled to view the content of the Online Print History. Otherwise, user will not be able to see the plots either to print or download them. To enable, go to the IE 10 Tools menu and select "Compatibility View" on the menu.

HP Designjet ePrint & Share from a web browser Where can I find my online print history? You can find your online print history by logging in to HP Designjet ePrint & Share. Alternatively, you can access it through the History link in your Upload Manager (located in your Windows bar). Why can't I see a print preview of my job when using HP Designjet ePrint & Share from a web browser? The Print Preview feature is available only when printing from your local network.

Can I upload content from my PC to HP Designjet ePrint & Share? No. You can only save a copy of your printed file to HP Designjet ePrint & Share. Anytime you print from HP Designjet ePrint & Share (using the HP Designjet driver with ePrint & Share, a web browser, the app, an HP Designjet ePrinter's touchscreen, or an FTP site) it will automatically upload a copy of the document to your Online Print History.

It is possible to change the ePrinter email address to a personalized one of your choosing.    Register your ePrinter on the HP ePrintCenter/HP Connected.* if you haven’t already done so. Log into the HP ePrintCenter/HP Connected and, select the “Printers” tab. In HP Connected select the “Devices” tab. Click the “Change” button and type a desired new email address.

When you open a PDF from an app on your tablet or smartphone, you will see a list of apps that you can use to open the file. You should see the HP Designjet ePrint & Share app listed here. In Apple® devices, this list will show only up to 10 apps.

What is HP Instant Printing 4.0 The HP Instant Printing 4.0 helps you save time with accurate print previews: Simply adjust, rotate or re-scale the content before you send it to the printer. It supports new Designjet ePrinters including the T120, T520, T920, T1500 and the HP Desingjet T2500 eMFP. It is similar to HP Instant Printing 3.6 with one change:  Multi-file printing is not available: add a file, adjust print settings and print it.

Why isn't my printer listed in the HP Instant Printing printer list? If you do not see your printer in the list, first check that HP Instant Printing supports your printer model. To add your printer:    Select the Print tab. Click the (+) button next to the Printer List. Choose a printer by a General Search, IP Address, or Host Name. NOTE: If the printers are more than two routers away, you will not be able to find them by General Search.
