Chapter 13: Configure Event Notifiers and View Events 160
You can change the information for an existing target by selecting it from
the SNMP Trap Forwarding Table and then clicking Edit Target. To
remove a target, select it from the table and click Remove Target.
To configure the SNMP notifier service from the command line, use this
command:

mx eventnotifier configuresnmp --addtarget|--removetarget
[--community <value>] <target>
To test the service, use this command:
mx eventnotifier test --snmp
Configure the Email Notifier Service
To configure the email notifier service, select the Email Notification
Settings tab. This service sends email to the specified addresses when an
event configured for the service occurs.
From Email address. Type the email address that will be specified as the
sender of the notification emails. If this option is not included, the server
name will be used as the sender.
