Rename an application: Right-click on the application cell (in the Name
column) and then specify the new name on the Rename Application
dialog.
Enable an application on a server: Left-click on the cell corresponding to
the application and server. Then right-click and select Enable.
Disable an application on a server: Left-click on the cell corresponding
to the application and server. Then right-click and select Disable.
Servers
To add a resource such as a service or device monitor to a server, left-click
in the cell for that server and resource, right-click, and select Add To
Resource.
To remove a resource such as a service or device monitor from a server,
left-click in the cell for that server and resource, right-click, and select
Remove From Server.
