Chapter 7: Configure the SAN 70
The window shows the following information for each PSFS filesystem:
• The label assigned to the filesystem.
• The mount point or drive letter assigned to the filesystem. Click in the
cell to see the mount point/drive letter for each server on which the
filesystem is configured.
• The volume used for the filesystem. Click in the cell to see the
properties for the filesystem.
• The number of CIFS shares. Click in the cell to see the name of the
CIFS share, the drive letter or path being used, and the number of
connections.
• The number of servers on which the filesystem is mounted. Click in
the cell to see the names of the servers.
• The total space, free space, and percent of space free on the filesystem.
The window also lists the UIDs and sizes of the LUNs (both imported and
unimported) that are available for filesystems.
Display Disk Information with sandiskinfo
The sandiskinfo command can display information for both imported
and unimported SAN disks (or LUNs) and also for dynamic volumes.
Under normal operations, the sandiskinfo output should be the same on
all servers in the cluster.
Disk Information
With no options, sandiskinfo shows the UID, vendor, model, and
capacity of each imported disk and specifies the FC switch used to access
the disk.
sandiskinfo
Disk: \\.\Global\psd2
Uid: 20:00:00:04:cf:13:38:3a::0 SAN info: fcswitch5:7
Vendor: SEAGATE Capacity: 34733M
Following are commonly used options for imported and unimported
disks:
sandiskinfo [-i|-u|-v|-f] [-alr] [-U] [-q]
