Combined key and certificate files must
not exceed 20KB
When importing multiple keys and certificates in a single import
operation, do not allow the size of the combined files to exceed
20KB.
Use of “tip” command not
recommended for ASCII export of large
configuration files
A known issue exists related to the use of the “tip” command using
ASCII to export large configuration files. Use of a terminal emulation
program such as Hyperterm* with xmodem is recommended as an
alternative.
Monitor output corrupts import/export
data
If import or export operations are carried out while any of the
device’s monitors are enabled, the monitors’ periodic output will be
inserted into the data flow of the import or export.
Workaround: Before performing an import or export operation, turn
off all monitors:
HP SA7100> set monitoring disable
Device does not have a default SNMP
community string
With no community string defined, the device will not respond to
SNMP queries (even with SNMP enabled). Since there is no default
community string, the user must set the community string as well as
enable the SNMP function.
Workaround: User sets community string.
HP SA7100> setsnmp snmp_community
SNMP Community String(s) Setting.
