(EBS) Hardware/Software Compatibility Matrix
The HP StorageWorks Enterprise Backup Solution (EBS) Compatibility Matrix identifies tape automation solution
details for Direct Attach SCSI (DAS), Direct Attach Fibre (DAF or point-to-point fibre) and Storage Area Network
(SAN) connectivity with various software and hardware components and the associated version levels. This
extensive matrix exhibits a very broad spectrum of fully tested and verified backup solutions to ensure
interoperability and a high level of quality; however, this does not imply that the HP StorageWorks family of tape
automation products will only work with these components. If you require support or information for a product
not listed in this matrix, please contact your HP Sales Representative.
