This document details features introduced with this release, and defects fixes for, the IB4X-00 Driver
for InfiniBand on HP-UX 11i v3 for the B.11.31.1303 release.

The usage analysis could not be completed successfully

There was an issue with the way the CRA library was built. This issue has been fixed in this
release.
The following msg would appear in dmesg:QXCR1001238125
InfiniBand Card (HW path: 0/0/0/7/0/0/0) has wrong FW. Downloading FW.
This was due to an incorrect subsystem id for the QDR mezzanine card. This is fixed now.
Multiple Oracle processes were stalled in bind() system call and one of the oracle processes
exited with the following error:

ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation: bind failed with status: 227
This was due to a race condition between sleep and wakeup mechanism in RDS code and has
been fixed.
