System panic occurs at boot time when the kernel base page size is set to 64k. This issue is only

encountered with the AT083A HP Integrity 4X QDR CX-2 PCI-e G2 DP HCA. This is addressed

in AT083A adapter firmware version 2.9.1530 which is included with the B.11.31.1403 IB4X-00

update. See the firmware upgrade process under “Known problems and limitations” (page 6).

This causes watchdog programs like MC/SG cmcld or Oracle CRS oprocd issue TOC due to a

delay on select/poll wakeup mechanism due to uncancelled timeout in IB. This is fixed to handle

the IB timeout functions to be executed quickly.

This fixes a partial mapping error returned in rds_ib_xmit function which was not handled in the

code hence it caused the panic with the stack trace shown below. This issue applies to systems

without IO Page Directory hardware feature.

from subsystem CRA library location failed to load. The subsystem CRA library location should

contain only CRA related shared libraries. Check for any file entries in the CRA library

location that are not valid shared libraries.

There was an issue with the way the CRA library was built. This issue has been fixed in this

release.
