4. Run the LANCP SHOW CONFIGURATION command to verify that a LAN device was installed. In the
following example, the device EWCO is the A9782A device.

5. Start the System Dump Analyzer and confirm that the Fibre Channel ports are usable by performing the
following commands for each device:
$ ANALYZE/SYSTEM

SDA> FC SET DEVICE FGA ! Selects device FGA, FGB, etc.
SDA> FC SHOW PORT! Show the state of the device's port:

! Link State should be 00000001
