Known Problems Fixed in This Version
The following defect fixes were included in the B.11.23.0512 version of the FibrChanl-00 (td) driver in the
HP-UX 11i v2 December 2005 release. To view the entire details of each defect fix, refer to the HP IT Resource

The defects listed below exist in td version B.11.23.03 and have been fixed in td version B.11.23.0512

8606375118 I/Os generated by LVM commands (lvcreate(1M), lvextend(1M), etc.) can hang if they are
1MB in size.
8606384524 An error message similar to the error message mentioned below is seen on the console
when a global MCA dump failure happens:
ERROR: can't open first dump device /dev/dsk/c4t5d0. Dump aborted..
8606388667 Ongoing tape operations fail when the SNIA call *to* API HBA_GetFcpTargetMapping()
is issued.
8606377429 The data captured by tddiag does not include switch related information.
8606415478 ioscan(1M) does not recognize IBM Ultrium tape drive.
8606415479 Orca(hondo) panic: Spinlock held too long during coldinstall.
