Overview
This release of the FibrChanl-01 (fcd) Fibre Channel Mass Storage Driver for HP-UX 11i v2 (version
B.11.23.1205) provides fixes for defects listed in Table 1.

Fixed a problem in FCD driver where 'ioscan' probes time out due to
underlying SAN issues that could result in system panic.

Driver has been modified to handle FW timeout issue seen when ERASE
command is issued to tape drives.

Maximum I/O timeout value in driver has been increased to 0xFFFF
seconds to be in compliance with the change in Q-Logic ISP 24xx FW
specification.

fcmsutil ns_query_port, the system throws a safety timer panic.

Under certain circumstances the current FCD driver logic computes and
writes the checksum incorrectly. As a result, the FCD driver can potentially

corrupt the card's NVRAM content. The NVRAM content is corrupted if
the OS Boot Mode is set to the default mode, that is, the
Windows/Linux/Other mode.
