tape drives. Maximum IO timeout value in driver has been increased from 0x1999 seconds to

Driver has been modified to handle the intermittent ioscan hangs seen in a bladed configuration
with Q-Logic FC cards due to infinite PLOGI retries to the Fabric Name Server. The PLOGI retry
