This is fix for an issue where fcd HBA shows abnormally large value for avque field of "sar -H"
command output when there is no IO.

To get a complete fix for this problem, you must install kernel patch PHKL_43410.
This fixes an issue where suspending PFC (physical FC controller) port does not transition
corresponding VFC (virtual FC controller) port’s health State from the CLAIMED state to the
SUSPEND state.

A limited number of AH401A HBA ports with EDC code A-4832 are not getting claimed by
1103 or newer fcd driver. Also storage is not seen though these ports during installation of 1103
or newer install kernel.

device file descriptors before SNIA library call returns to the invoker, thereby leaking file
descriptors.
