This fixes a link failover issue in QLogic 8Gb Firmware for the 8Gb Mezzanine Fibre Channel
adapter attached to HP VC 24P module. The fcd driver is now bundled with new QLogic firmware
version 5.06.06.

This is fix for an issue where fcd HBA shows abnormally large value for avque field of "sar -H"
command output when there is no IO.

This fixes an issue where suspending PFC (physical Fibre Channel controller) port does not
transition corresponding VFC (virtual Fibre Channel controller) port’s health State from the CLAIMED
state to the SUSPEND state.

“olrad –r” execution.

A limited number of AH401A HBA ports with EDC code A-4832 are not getting claimed by
1103 or newer fcd driver. Also storage is not seen though these ports during installation of 1103
or newer install kernel.

This fixes an issue in SNIA library calls where close(2) is not invoked on the opened Fibre Channel
device file descriptors before SNIA library call returns to the invoker, thereby leaking file
descriptors.
