monitor cpu-usage interval
Use monitor cpu-usage interval to configure the interval at which the device samples CPU usage
statistics.
Syntax
In standalone mode:
monitor cpu-usage interval interval-value [ slot slot-number ]
In IRF mode:
monitor cpu-usage interval interval-value [ chassis chassis-number slot slot-number ]
Default
The sampling interval is 1 minute.

Parameters
interval-value: Specifies the CPU usage statistics sampling interval. It can take a value of 5Sec, 1Min, or
5Min. Enter a value in its complete form. Otherwise, the system prompts parameter error.
slot slot-number: Specifies a card by its slot number. Without this option, the command sets the interval
for the active MPU. (In standalone mode.)
chassis chassis-number slot slot-number: Specifies a card on an IRF member device by its slot number
and the member ID. Without this option, the command sets the interval for the global active MPU. (In IRF
mode.)
Examples
# Configure the interval at which the device samples CPU usage statistics as 5 seconds.
