Default
All interface cards of the device belong to the default MDC. A non-default MDC cannot use any interface
card.

mode.)
Usage guidelines
To assign physical interfaces to an MDC, you must first assign the MDC the interface cards to which the
physical interfaces belong.
To assign an interface card to an MDC, you must first reclaim the interface card from the MDC that owns
it, including the default MDC.
An interface card for the switch can be assigned to only one MDC.
