bridge: Specifies the Layer 2 mode.
route: Specifies the Layer 3 mode.
Usage guidelines
On the switch, Ethernet interfaces can operate either as Layer 2 Ethernet interfaces (in bridge mode) or
Layer 3 Ethernet interfaces (in route mode).
After you change the link mode of an Ethernet interface, all the settings of the Ethernet interface are
restored to their defaults under the new link mode.
Examples
# Configure Ten-GigabitEthernet 1/0/1 to operate in Layer 2 mode.

priority-flow-control
Use priority-flow-control to enable PFC on an Ethernet interface through automatic negotiation or
forcibly.
Use undo priority-flow-control to disable PFC on the interface.
Syntax
priority-flow-control { auto | enable }
undo priority-flow-control
Default
PFC is disabled on Ethernet interfaces.

auto: Specifies the Ethernet interface to automatically negotiate with its peer to enable PFC.
enable: Forcibly enables PFC.
Usage guidelines
To make PFC take effect, you must configure PFC in both system view and Ethernet interface view. When
the switch operates in IRF mode, you must enable PFC on the IRF physical port. For more information
