current Total number of packet allocations with size between 128 to 1536

hi-watermark The highest number of packet allocation with size between 128 to 1536
bytes from the packet buffer pool by the TCP/IP protocol stack.
hi-water time Time stamp that indicates when the hi-watermark was reached.
jumbo packet buffers
