The information provided by each menu option is briefly described in Table 29, with pointers to
detailed information.

route - IP Routing Information Menu
arp - ARP Information Menu
ospf - OSPF Routing Information Menu
rip - RIP Routing Information Menu
ip - Show IP information
igmp - Show IGMP Snooping Multicast Group information
vrrp - Show Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol information
sm - Server Mobility Information Menu
dump - Dump all layer 3 information

Command Syntax and Usage
route
Displays the IP Routing Menu. Using the options of this menu, the system displays the
following for each configured or learned route:
 Route destination IP address, subnet mask, and gateway address
 Type of route
 Tag indicating origin of route
 Metric for RIP tagged routes, specifying the number of hops to the destination (1-15
hops, or 16 for infinite hops)
 The IP interface that the route uses

rip
