On Primary LEC interface : el100
Note that you can check to see if hatmmon is running on the system, by
using this command:
ps -ef | grep resource_name
where the resource_name is the ELAN interface. For example,
ps -ef | grep el100
The output should show the following:
/opt/hatmmon/sbin/hatmmon resource_name -s second_adapt1 , ... second_adaptn
where -s second_adapt1 through second_adaptn show any secondary
ATM adapters. For example (no secondary adapters),
/opt/hatmmon/sbin/hatmmon el100
If the Recovery Delay Period is Configured
