NOTE The ABR traffic type is supported on SVCs only if your ATM switch
supports UNI 4.0 and if you set the UNI version parameter to UNI
4.0 on the ATM adapter (see “Configuring the ATM Card
Parameters” on page 20).
Also, for some switches, when you configure the ABR traffic type, do
not set the Minimum Rate (MR) to 0 unless you know your switch
supports that setting. To determine whether your switch supports an
MR of 0, contact your switch vendor. If you need to reduce the MR,
we recommend that you do not set it lower than 2400 bits per
second.
Configuring an SVC Traffic Profile
You can configure an SVC traffic profile in SAM or by using the command
atmconfig add.
