2 Known problems, workarounds, and limitations
A known problem and the associated workaround for the AD278A/AD279A PCI MUX products
is as follows:
Known problem
The pmux_diag/pmux_stty loop back test might not respond, if a terminal is connected to a
pci_mux1 port and the pmux_diag/pmux_stty loop back test is run from that terminal on the
same pci_mux1 port.
Workaround
HP recommends customers not to run the pmux_diag/pmux_stty loop back tests on a pci_mux1
port if the pmux_diag/pmux_stty is running on a terminal, which uses the same pci_mux1
port.
Limitations
