GigEther-01 (igelan) Gigabit Ethernet Driver for HP-UX 11i v3 of September 2008 Release Notes

The problem could be verified with:
• Telnet/ping/linkloop to another system using this igelan
interface does not work.
• Telnet/ping/linkloop in loopback using the igelan interface
works fine.
• This problem occurs regardless of card settings.
• If a card hangs and you reset the card with lanadmin, everything
works fine.
• Nothing is logged in dmesg/syslog/nettl.
• The lanadmin -g ppa command displays higher value for
Outbound Queue Length counter.
