Downgraded rmware
may not be displayed
If a switch has been
downgraded to rmware 07.01.03, the version displayed in the
fabric tree may not
be correct.
Ofine McDATA 4Gb SAN Switch status is displayed incorrectly
The Operational Status column does not update correctly when a McDATA 4Gb SAN
Switch is taken ofine. Instead of indicating that the McDATA 4Gb SAN Switch is ofine,
the status in the Operation Status column and alert icon (Product List a nd Topology
view)displaysasfailed.
HAFM upgrade and migration issues
The password for the Administrator account is not migrated from HAFM 07.xx.xx to
08.xx.xx. The password is reset to the default of password in HAFM 08.xx.xx.

rmation is not migrated from 08.xx.xx to 08.08.xx and must be
congured ag
ain after upgrading.
Upgrading fr
om HAFM 08.xx.xx to HAFM 08.08.00 does not migrate user-created
views.
Persisted f abrics are not migrated from HAFM 07.xx.xx to 08.08.00.
Nickname size and character issues
Nickname size in HAFM application s hould not exceed 24 characters.
Importing n icknames erroneously allows invalid characters in the WWN box. See
manuals and follow restrictions of usable characters for nicknames to assure proper
functioning.
Performance Monitor issues
High and Low critical indicators are not correct when opening Port Performance Graph
from the McDAT A principal switch.
Switch nam
es may not be displayed on the performance graph.
Aportmayb
e displayed twice on the performance graph.
A port with no devices connected (indicated as no light in port list) may be displayed
in the performance graph.
Exception may be displayed if you right-click a switch and select Performance Graph.
