In a service instance, you cannot delete the packet matching rule after configuring a packet processing
rule or forwarding mode (such as VLAN switching or MPLS L2VPN).
Examples
# Configure a packet matching rule in service instance 1 on Ten-GigabitEthernet1/0/1 to match traffic
that carries outer VLAN ID 111, and inner VLAN ID 20 or an inner VLAN ID in the range of 30 to 40.
