Parameters
patch-number: Specifies the sequence number of a patch, in the range of 1 to 200. If no sequence
number is specified, this command confirms all ACTIVE patches (including ACTIVE patches for auxiliary
CPUs) and changes their state to RUNNING. If a sequence number is specified, this command confirms
the specified ACTIVE patch and all its previous patches, and changes their state to RUNNING.
slot slot-number: Specifies a card by its slot number.

Usage guidelines
After being confirmed, ACTIVE patches are set in RUNNING state and can continue to run after a reboot.
If not confirmed, ACTIVE patches are set in DEACTIVE state at a reboot.
