Basic LLDP configuration example
Network requirements
As shown in Figure 76, the NMS and Router A are located in the same Ethernet network. An MED device
and Router B are connected to GigabitEthernet 4/0/1 and GigabitEthernet 4/0/2 of Router A.
Enable LLDP globally on Router A and Router B to monitor the link between Router A and Router B and
the link between Router A and the MED device on the NMS.
