Use acsei client close to close the specified ACSEI client.

client-id: ID of the ACSEI client to be closed, in the range of 1 to 10. An ACSEI client ID is assigned by
the ACSEI server.

acsei client reboot
Use acsei client reboot to restart the specified ACSEI client.
