R3102-R3103-HP 6600/HSR6600 Routers Interface Command Reference

73
The baud rate adopted by a DCE-DTE pair is determined by the DCE.
Examples
# Set the baud rate of synchronous serial interface 2/0/0 at DCE side to 115200 bps.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface serial 2/0/0
[Sysname-Serial2/0/0] baudrate 115200
clock
Use clock to set clock selection mode for the synchronous serial interface.
Use undo clock to restore the default.
Syntax
clock { dteclk1 | dteclk2 | dteclk3 | dteclk4 | dteclkauto }
clock { dceclk1 | dceclk2 | dceclk3 }
undo clock
Default
The DTE-side clock on a synchronous serial interface dteclk1 and the DCE-side clock is dceclk1.

Usage guidelines
In DTE mode, the synchronous serial interface supports the clock { dteclk1 | dteclk2 | dteclk3 | dteclk4
| dteclkauto } command. In DCE mode, the synchronous serial interface supports the clock { dceclk1 |
dceclk2 | dceclk3 } command.
A synchronous serial interface can operate as DCE or DTE.
As DCE, the interface provides DCEclk clock to the DTE.
As DTE, the interface accepts the clock provided by the DCE. Because transmitting and receiving
clocks of synchronization devices are independent, the receiving clock of a DTE device can be
