Usage guidelines
During active/standby switchover, a GR-capable BGP speaker can maintain the packet forwarding table.
During restart, it may not maintain the forwarding table.
The GR and NSR features are mutually exclusive. Do not configure the graceful-restart and
non-stop-routing commands at the same time.
