Field
Description
Receive a ip packet, interface : [string] An IP packet was received on the displayed interface.
Receive a arp packet, interface : [string], opertype:
[string], Src IP: [string], Des IP: [string]
An ARP packet was received on the displayed
interface. The operation code for the packet and the
source and destination IP addresses of the packet are
displayed.
Send a ip packet, interface : [string] An IP packet was sent out the displayed interface.
Send a arp packet, interface : [string], opertype:
[string], Src IP: [string], Des IP: [string]
An ARP packet was sent out the displayed interface.
The operation code for the packet and the source and
destination IP addresses of the packet are displayed.
Send a inarp packet, interface : [string], opertype:
[string], Src IP: [string], Des IP: [string]
An InARP packet was sent out the displayed interface.
The operation code for the packet and the source and
destination IP addresses of the packet are displayed.
Discard a packet, interface : [string], reason: [string] An IP packet was dropped on the displayed interface
for the displayed reason.

Description
EtoFR EVT: Interface : [string], [string] An EtoFR event occurred on the displayed interface.
This event could be one of the following types:
The interface was removed due to hot swapping.
The Ethernet interface went up or down.
The Ethernet subinterface was shut down or
brought up (due to the undo shutdown command).
The VLAN ID of the Ethernet subinterface was
added, modified, or removed.
The state of the PVC changed.
A translation entry was added, removed, or
updated.

EtoFR ERR :Interface : [string], [string] An EtoFR error occurred on the displayed interface.
This message is used to describe EtoFR processing
errors, such as a translation entry adding/removal
failure.
Examples
# Enable EtoFR packet debugging. Output similar to the following example is generated when an EtoFR
translation entry is created to map Ethernet 1/1 to FR-enabled interface Serial 2/0.
