verbose: Displays detailed information about IPX SAP packet debugging.
Usage guidelines
The debugging ipx sap command generates a large number of outputs. Disable IPX SAP debugging
once debugging is completed.
Table 8 describes output fields and messages for the debugging ipx sap event command.

Description
Net-ID Destination network number of a RIP route.
Route UP Event Received System receives an event that a RIP route is up.
Route DOWN Event Received System receives an event that a RIP route is down.
Interface UP Event
System receives an event that the SAP protocol is enabled on an
IPX interface.
Interface DOWN Event
System receives an event that the SAP protocol is disabled on an
IPX interface.

Information about an SAP packet:
• source-network—Source IPX network number.
• source-node—Source IPX node number.
• source-socket—Source socket number, 0x452 for SAP.
• destination-network—Destination IPX network number.
• destination-node—Destination IPX node number.
• destination-socket—Destination socket number, 0x452
for SAP.
Server type service-type " server-name"
network.node (socket) hop hops
Service information contained in a packet:
• network—IPX network number of the server.
• node—Node address where the server is located.
• socket—Number of the socket on which the server
receives service requests.
• hops—Number of intermediate networks to traverse
before the server is reached.
Error: GNS Reqest for WildCard
A GNS request packet containing an incorrect wildcard
service type is received.
