Type = 11 Smoothing information of an internal module.
Type = 12 Batch backup of all modules was completed.

Description
FSM state (standby slaveID): Receiving batch data.
The subordinate device slaveID was receiving backup
data in batch from the master device.
FSM state (standby slaveID): Receiving real-time and
routine data.
The subordinate device slaveID was receiving
real-time and periodic backup data from the master
device.
