Tunnel 1 Create 60 seconds Hello timer
Tunnel 1 created a 60-second Hello timer.
O Tunnel 1 Send SCCRQ
Tunnel 1 sent the start control connection request
message SCCRQ.
Tunnel 1 recv ctrl message Resume Hello timer
Tunnel 1 resumed the hello timer when receiving the
control message.
Proc Peer control type=type, len = length
L2TP processed the control packet from the peer, with
the packet type type and length length.
I Tunnel 1 rcv SCCRP in state 2 Tunnel 1 received SCCRP in state 2.
Check SCCRP MSG Type 2 L2TP checked SCCRP message type 2.

The first control packet of Tunnel 1 in the send
window. L2TP started the ACK timer.
Recv data Len = length L2TP receive data with the length of length bytes.
Tunnel 1 Flow ctrl: Ns(x) Nr(y) from peer
Tunnel 1 flow control packet from the peer, with the
Ns number x and Nr number y.
Tunnel 1 (SendLow=0 SendUp=1) proc ack Nr=x from
