P/V semaphore error Semaphore operation failed.
Set STP String error
MSTP failed to set the STP state to the driver.
The String argument specifies the STP state, which is enable or
disable.
Creating responsive message for

MSTP failed to create a configuration response message.
Port PortID is inexistent Port PortID does not exist.
Active region configuration error MSTP failed to activate region configuration.
