Track debugging commands

Use debugging track to enable Track debugging.
Use undo debugging track to disable Track debugging.

the status of track entry entry-number has
changed from state1 to state2.
• Track entry state:
• 1—Invalid.
• 2—Positive, indicating normal state.
• 3—Negative, indicating abnormal state.
