VoFR failed to assign memory because the memory

create vofr ccb error! VoFR failed to create a CCB.
find ccb error! VoFR failed to find the CCB.
create ccx error! VoFR failed to create a CCX.
assign local call id error! VoFR failed to assign a local call ID.
free local call id error! VoFR failed to release the local call ID.
assign bandwidth error! VoFR failed to assign bandwidth.

VoFR failed to obtain the VPCB pointer. VPCB, a
structure type defined by the VIM, is used to record
voice interface information, including configuration
information and voice interface type.

VoFR failed to obtain the VICB pointer. VICB, a
structure type defined by the VIM, is used to record the
voice channel status in conversation, including
transmission direction of trunk signaling and the
current channel status.
unknown timer id! An unknown timer ID was obtained.
start fax error! VoFR failed to start fax.
