Can I use different models of power supplies on the router?
A. No.
Each of the HSR6802 and the HSR6804 routers has two power supply slots at the chassis bottom. You can
install two power supplies for redundancy.
An HSR6608 router has four power supply slots at the chassis bottom. HP recommends that you install at
least two power supplies to meet the power consumption needs of the router. For redundancy, install three or
four power supplies on the router.
