Network requirements
As shown in Figure 49, the router connects to the FR network through Serial 2/0/1. Its average transmit
rate is 96 kbps, maximum transmit rate is 128 kbps, and minimum transmit rate is 32 kbps. Configure
FRTS on the router to adjust 20% of the BECN-flagged traffic every time.
